The Board of Trustees for the PBC FF’s Employee Benefits Fund has taken action to create terms of office for Trustees. Each Trustee position will be up for election/re-election every five (5) years with two (2) position(s) up for election this year (2023). New Trustees will take office on June 1st of each year. |

On top of his injuries, Jeff’s daughter, Fiona has spent most of the past year traveling to-and-from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester monthly, in preparation for removal of her failing kidney. |

Today, the IAFF will be announcing a lawsuit against the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). The lawsuit is being filed in Norfolk County Superior Court in Dedham, Massachusetts.
As fire fighters, we understand that danger is inherent to the job. However, we must not accept that our bunker gear has been treated with PFAS, a known carcinogen. |

Set a secure admin password

The first thing to do when you initially login as the administrator is set a secure password for the account. Click the User Settings button from the home page, then scroll down to the bottom of the page. You will see a password field. Delete the current password and enter in your own private password. |
The administration area

The Administration Area is the main control panel for the UnionActive system. To access the Administration Area, login to the website as an administrator, and then click the Admin Area button just below the website date.
Each link in the Administration Area has a short description about what can be done in that area. |

The UnionActive system is made up of individual Modules that can be added, removed, and customized throughout the site.
To view the current Modules, login to the site as an admin and you will now see gray boxes around each individual module. Each module box contains an x button, up and down arrows, the module order number, and the title of the module. |

Even with all the calls we had one of our crews took a critical patient who required emergency transfer from SMH to Pontiac since helicopters could not fly in the weather. |
